This award-winning landscape design & construction company catered to upper income clients within the Bay Area.  They wanted to attract new clients with their newly launched website.  They were willing to spend $300 per lead, and were hoping for 5 leads a month.

Sounds straightforward, but here’s the twist. They didn’t want just any old Joe to pick up the phone.  They wanted to find and serve their ideal client.  Could we make them a match?  You bet.  Here’s what we did:

  • Set up campaign on Google, Yahoo, MSN and AOL.
  • Targeted hi-income zip codes, within their geographical range.
  • Set up software to optimize bidding on keywords and to track incoming leads.

What happened?  Their website is now their best lead source.

  • Exceeded expectations. They more than tripled their leads, from 5 to 17 a month
  • Reduced Costs.  Each lead cost $88.23. Less than 1/3 of project goal.
  • Qualified Leads.  Prospective clients are a good fit to company’s culture.
The website is bringing very well qualified leads as far as them fitting my mold of ideal client in regards to style and passion. I have already closed two deals and have many more proposals on the table which I hope to close soon. Thanks so much! This is definitely our best lead source. I just dropped one yellow page book renewal from $1,100.00 to 56.00 per month. The other book comes due in a few months and I'll do the same.
