This  Residential Property Management firm in Los Gatos catered to upper income clients.  They hoped to attract more clients through their newly launched website. They were willing to spend up to $400 a month on advertising.

Could we capture new business and stay within budget? Actually,  we’d do something even better. We’d get them more for less.  Here’s what we did:

  • Set up campaign on Google, Yahoo, MSN and AOL.
  • Targeted hi-income cities ( Los Gatos, Saratoga, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Menlo Park)
  • Set up software to optimize bidding on keywords and to track incoming leads.

What happened?  Just another marketing miracle.

  • More leads. 8 phone calls, 2 emails and 2 contact form submissions  in one month.
  • Cheaper leads.   Each lead cost only $33.33 
  • Ongoing strategy.  Optimized bidding means it will just get better.
